Some of the things I do: -Self-massage by lying on a ball or using a foam roller several times a week, on whatever areas I feel need it. -Check in on my breathing many times a day. -Take a hot bath with lavender at least a few times a week. -Meditate at least a couple times a week. -Get a massage about once a month. -Walk my dogs and enjoy nature as often as possible.
