What do you do to mitigate stress on a regular basis? Some of the things I do:
-Self-massage by lying on a ball or using a foam roller several times a week, on whatever areas I feel need it.
-Check in on my breathing many times a day.
-Take a hot bath with lavender at least a few times a week.
-Meditate at least a couple times a week.
-Get a massage about once a month.
-Walk my dogs and enjoy nature as often as possible.
