Do you get enough sleep? Arianna Huffington has a great, 2 min. video on this here. We need to challenge our cultural values in this area. Sleep is vital for health and it shouldn’t be cool to force ourselves beyond our limits for days or years on end (yes, our bodies do have limits… :-)). We can’t ignore our needs forever. The body WILL rest, it’s just a matter of how or when. Let’s support each other in taking care of ourselves.
