Ok, we all spend too much time on computers and at desks! And you may be doing overtime with taxes due on Monday. Here are a few good stretches to do at the office. If any stretch causes pain, stop-it should feel good.

And try to get out in the beautiful Seattle spring weather for at least a few minutes!

    My back was killing me today sitting at my desk, I did my normal stretch then I found your link, gave that a try and I feel so much better! Thanks!
