About the classes:
In these hour long classes developed by Moshe Feldenkrais, Sarah will guide you through a range of movement sequences designed to increase the ease, efficiency and awareness of how we move and function in everyday life. Lessons generally take place with students lying on the floor but some lessons are taught in sitting, kneeling and standing. They are recommended for anyone wanting to increase comfort with movement and a sense of well-being. Sarah brings a calm and accepting approach to her teaching.
