Massage and bodywork can be an important part of overall wellness and happiness. We’re wired for touch and it’s a basic human need, helping us be more relaxed so our bodies simply function better.  We may notice decreased muscle tension, improved sleep, and more efficient digestion.  We are also often able to think more clearly, enjoy better moods, and be more creative.  When we reduce stress, the nervous system has more resources available for healing and repairing tissues, and rebuilding energy.

Our massage sessions will most likely be a combination of attention to specific areas, and to the nervous system as a whole. I listen and work with you and your body so your body can integrate the experience, work together better, and feel more connected.

Based on your needs and preferences, my touch can be from gentle to firm, and sessions may include fluid Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, passive or active movement, and guided somatic awareness. Sessions can be clothed, or unclothed with professional draping.
